Beautiful Park located on Lake Winnebago. We visited in the Fall. There’s a petting zoo (closed for 2022), 40 ft lighthouse, 2.3 m easy paved walking path by the water.Full review by sassynesswithasmile

Now that you have asked, I'm not really sure, and, when I think about it, I haven't seen any dogs in Lakeside Park. Based on that I would say no. Hope this helps.
