Resolute Industrial now stands as a well capitalized, deeply experienced company focused on growth by providing industry leading quality service to a wide spectrum of customers (from end users to OEM’s) in the HVAC industry. Resolute will continue to support Johnson Controls, and expects to grow into new markets as well. Resolute’s businesses are well established, with roots with YORK® International, Inc. several decades ago. The businesses continued to develop and grow under the ownership of Johnson Controls, Inc. following its 2005 acquisition of YORK® International.
