Really easy and fun way to get up and down from upper town to lower town, especially if you are done with some of the big staircases. Good views of the area as well.Full review by HeddyG773

I believe they do. There are dogs all over QC. Worst case scenario, you have to walk, which is very doable unless you are physically challenged.

There is an elevator right at the top esp for disabled persons, if I remember right. This means you should be able to get on the funicular.

Through October 24 it is 7:30 am til 11:00 pm. After that until April, it's 7:30 am til 10:30 pm.
