Former head coach Jon Gruden is “looking forward” to the “truth” coming out over his allegations that the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell had leaked disparaging emails that Gruden had sent before his resignation as head coach of the Raiders in 2021.

Nearly four years after initially suing the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell over leaked emails that cost him his job as coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, Jon Gruden got a significant win in the latest proceedings, with the Nevada Supreme Court blocking the case from going to arbitration.

The NFL will appeal the Nevada Supreme Court’s ruling that former coach Jon Gruden can proceed with his lawsuit and not go through the league for arbitration.
