McMillan is the heavy favorite to be the first full-time wide receiver off the board (as opposed to two-way Travis), and it’s rare these days to get this far down in the first round before the first receiver gets taken. Jim Harbaugh ’s squad has a few other needs, but if McMillan is still available here, odds are he’d be tough to pass up.
