Four suspects have been arrested in connection to a robbery at a jewelry store in south Sacramento​ where deputies said a woman died after she was inadvertently shot.

Months after a shooting during a jewelry store smash-and-grab robbery left the store owner's wife dead, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office on Friday announced that the husband inadvertently hit the woman with gunfire while trying to shoot the robbers. Four people were arrested in connection with the robbery.
