Southern University has implemented a student judiciary process after the death of one of its students. This procedure comes after Caleb Wilson, 20, of Kenner, died in an “off-campus and un-sanctioned Omega fraternity ritual”.

BATON ROUGE, La. - Southern University is requiring all on-campus organizations to go through rigorous anti-hazing training after a student died in an alleged hazing incident.

Southern continues to actively support the ongoing criminal investigation by the Baton Rouge Police Department and the East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney’s office into this alleged act of hazing involving members of the Beta Sigma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
