In the main event, middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis (23-2 MMA, 9-0 UFC) takes on undefeated challenger Khamzat Chimaev (14-0 MMA, 8-0 UFC). The co-feature will see unbeaten Lerone Murphy (16-0-1 MMA, 8-0-1 UFC) welcome UFC newcomer Aaron Pico (13-4 MMA, 0-0 UFC).

In back-to-back main card fights, Carlos Prates and Michael ‘Venom’ Page both proved why they are so exciting to watch every time they step inside the Octagon. Prates knocked out Geoff Neal in the first round to bounce back from the first defeat of his UFC career and get his welterweight momentum back on track.

The ceremonial weigh-ins take place at Radius Chicago. It's not far from United Center, which hosts Saturday's card ( ESPN+ pay-per-view, ESPN, ESPN+).

Getty/UFC Drakkar Klose dedicated his UFC 319 win to his late brother, Tuan Williams. Klose outstruck Edson Barboza to earn a unanimous decision win at UFC 319 in Chicago. Klose subsequently revealed that Barboza was one of the favorite fighters of his brother.
