Bradley J. Fonder, of Two Rivers, was arrested by the Two Rivers Police Department Nov. 12. In the release, the department said he was in possession of approximately 2 ounces of methamphetamine, approximately 2-1/2 grams of heroin and a loaded firearm later confirmed to be stolen.

Police have made an arrest a week after a man was shot dead during the afternoon in Cincinnati's West End neighborhood. Police arrested Raymond Virge, 31, on Nov. 14. in connection to the fatal shooting of Dontonyio Spruill, according to a news release.
