Gamestop had, at one point and for a very short period of time, a service where people could pay a monthly subscription to rent in-stock used games. It was something cheap, like $10/month. Walk in, check out used game, walk out, come back, swap it, etc. No more people abusing the "no questions asked" return policy for used games, even.
