As a line of storms moved through northwest Harris County, TranStar cameras captured drivers on Highway 290 encountering rainy conditions.

Houston TranStar reported the incident just after 11 a.m. Monday on the connector ramp, where heavy smoke could be seen coming out of the truck.

Heavy rain moved through on Saturday and it caused problems on the road Sunday.
