Oakland police on Monday identified the second victim of a mass shooting at a downtown bar over the weekend, which rocked the city following a peaceful First Friday event hours beforehand.

The school has canceled classes on Monday in Ms. Bobo's honor and to help the tight-knit community process the tragedy.

Latetia “Teesh” Bobo, 33, was out for Friday night with friends when she was hit by a stray bullet and killed.
