Senegal have officially dismissed CAF’s decision to strip the Lions of Teranga of their 2025 AFCON title, and gave it to Morocco.

The 2025 AFCON has four teams left, and the first semifinal of the tournament is Senegal vs Egypt. Both teams have not lost in the tournament so far after five games played each. Both teams also finished first in their respective groups of the 2025 AFCON.
