UPDATE 6:02 p.m.: The tornado warning has been canceled in Northeast Ohio. Damaging winds of 60 to 70 mph could still be possible as storms race across the region. Additional rounds of storms and downpours will be possible overnight as a cold front moves through.

On Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated tornado warning in effect until 4:15 p.m. for Allegany and Cattaraugus counties.
Several southern Wisconsin counties are under a tornado watch Thursday afternoon, April 2. The National Weather Service issued the watches about 1:45 p.m. for Grant, Green, Lafayette, Rock and Walworth counties. The tornado watches are in effect until 8 p.m. Thursday.
The warning had been issued for Allegheny and Westmoreland counties. "The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been cancelled. However, damaging winds remain likely and a Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.
A tornado warning was issued by the National Weather Service in Northern Indiana at 6:48 p.m. on Thursday, April 2.
Forecasters are warning that very large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes are likely by late afternoon.
