How to Use Multiple Desktops in Windows 11 - MSN
The Task View button is enabled by default, but it can be turned off. If you can’t find yours, navigate to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar, and make sure the Task View toggle is turned on.
Here's how to enable and use virtual desktops on Windows 11: Click the Task View button located on the taskbar. Alternatively, you can use the Windows key + Tab on your keyboard.
The New Desktop button at the bottom right creates a new desktop without any applications open. Moving desktop windows from #1 to #2.
Quick note: You can also hover over the Task View button to access the view or use "Windows key + Tab" keyboard shortcut. Click the New desktop (+) button on the right side.

Windows 10: Now you can remove the Search and Task View buttons from the taskbar. You can also see the "blue n" folder icon that I mentioned earlier.
