Amanda Anisimova has won the Qatar Open for her third career title and first since 2022. Anisimova beat former French Open champion Jelena Ostapenko 6-4, 6-3 in a final disrupted twice by showers on Saturday.

Amanda Anisimova claimed her first WTA 1000 title when she beat Jelena Ostapenko 6-4 6-3 in the final of the Qatar Open on Saturday which will see the American break into the top 20 for the first time in her career.

Vice-Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation H E Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani presented the winner's trophy to Qatar TotalEnergies Open singles champion Amanda Anisimova in the presence of Qatar Tennis and Squash Federation President Nasser bin Ghanem Al Khelaifi.
