After cruising through the league phase of the Conference League, Chelsea's route to May's final in Wrocław has now been confirmed.

Chelsea waltzed into the last 16 of the Europa Conference League at the end of last calendar year, scoring 26 and conceding just five in their six league phase matches as they topped the standings. The Blues are the overwhelming favourites for the title come the end of the season and should have no issues sauntering to the final in Wroclaw,
