Wu-Tang Clan closed their final tour in Philadelphia with surprise guests and a packed arena, ending a 30-year legacy of live performances.

Wu-Tang Clan are playing their final shows this week as part of their farewell tour, including tonight at Madison Square Garden in NYC.

Last week, Lynne, 77, was forced to cancel the final dates of ELO’s Over and Out farewell tour. The final show had been scheduled for July 13 in London’s Hyde Park and was touted as Lynne’s retirement from live performing. Instead, the rock legend’s farewell fizzled out.

More than 30 years after the release of Enter the Wu-Tang, the group is finishing its 27-city North American farewell tour billed as The Final Chamber.

Near the end of what’s purported to be Wu-Tang Clan’s final Madison Square Garden set, Raekwon gave the crowd an affirmation about the legendary group: “One of one!” The most derivative rappers in the world will tell you they are too;

The hip-hop collective enthralled a full house with a relentless, nearly two-hour set of the band’s greatest hits and various members’ best-known solo tracks.

The area has plenty of music, including Suzanne McNeil, Aldous Collins Band, Draw the Line, Joey Harkum and Graham Nash.
