A 38-year-old Iranian-born father awaiting his green card was arrested by ICE officers outside his child's preschool on Tuesday.
The car was moving so fast that the officer was “unable to escape” as he was dragged down the street while wedged inside the partially open door, according to charging documents.

Andres Felipe Pineda-Mogollon, 25, originally from Colombia, escaped from Delaney Hall during unrest at the detention facility on June 12 along with three others who have since been apprehended. No other information about Pineda-Mogollon’s arrest was released by the FBI.
