A 45-year-old man was arrested after allegedly confronting two young girls while wearing only a diaper and a pacifier around his neck.

Worl was heard yelling "Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change" at the little girls who were riding their bikes near Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyler, Texas, the local news outlet reported.
