GE Transportation and Colas Rail Ltd., one of Europe’s largest providers of rail infrastructure services, have signed an agreement for GE to provide 10 Class 70 UK PowerHaul Series locomotives.

Ferrocarril Méxicano (Ferromex) has taken delivery of the first 10 of 19 Electro-Motive Diesel (EMD, a Progress Rail Services company) SD70ACe locomotives, bringing its fleet to 116 units.

The HST powercars join the already-announced Freightliner Class 66 and Class 70 locomotives that will be attending, as well as the SVR’s superb home fleet, which includes Classes 17, 20, 33, 37 ...
