SIOUX CITY | Severe thunderstorms across Siouxland brought high winds that caused power outages and downed tree branches for many local residents.

There is no charge to dispose of tree limbs and debris at those locations. Residents are asked not to dump the limbs in the parking lot. The dumps are not for professional tree companies.
