Two St. Louis men have been charged with stealing a transformer and utility wiring in the aftermath of the May 16 tornado.

Police in Commerce City, Colorado, said surveillance video showed explosions and found a hacksaw and bike next to a transformer with a cut wire on Thursday.

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — Commerce City Police are looking for a person who cut a wire in a transformer, got electrocuted and walked away from the scene early Thursday morning.
