LEGO just dropped a new Transformers Set and this villainous Soundwave replica will have you chanting the cartoon theme song all over again.

The newest addition to the Transformers line of LEGO Icons is Soundwave, the G1 Decepticon who transformed into a cassette player.

LEGO has announced a new Transformers set featuring Soundwave, a robot that transforms into a boom box – complete with two transforming tapes.

Lego Megatron will have to wait as the next Transformers set, and the first Lego Decepticon, will be Soundwave, releasing August 1, 2025.

Soundwave is the first Decepticon in the Lego Icons: Transformers series, and it's almost exactly the same size as the Optimus Prime set.
