A crash during a police chase ended with the discovery of a woman’s body in the vehicle’s trunk, California cops reported. Officers began pursuing a black Hyundai Sonata that had reportedly been involved in a possible kidnapping at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, El Cajon police said in a news release.
The state says the school district has refused to follow state law and is asking the courts to force the district to follow the law.
