There was good news and bad news for the Sacramento Kings on Saturday as two of their best players continued to recover from injuries. Malik Monk and Domantas Sabonis have both been cleared for on-court activity, but neither will be available when the Kings visit the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday at Intuit Dome in Inglewood.

Monk (undisclosed) exited to the locker room during the third quarter of Monday's game against the Knicks, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.
“Sacramento Kings guard Malik Monk has been diagnosed with a right toe sprain after exiting the game in the second quarter versus the Dallas Mavericks on Monday, March 3. MRI imaging confirmed the diagnosis. Monk will be out versus the San Antonio Spurs and will be listed as day-to-day going forward," the Kings announced.
Karl-Anthony Towns had 26 points and nine rebounds, and the New York Knicks beat the Sacramento Kings 133-104 on Monday night.
The Knicks set a season-high with 22 made three-pointers, including a surprising four from Josh Hart, who had not been a consistent threat from deep this season. The Kings’ defense, which has been a point of emphasis for Christie, was unable to adjust to the Knicks’ barrage, leading to a lopsided defeat.
