State lotteries are bringing in more money than ever, but states are paying more in prize money and keeping slightly less of it themselves, according to a new U.S. Census Bureau analysis. State

The Hoosier Lottery offers several draw games for those aiming to win big. Here's a look at April 10, 2026, results for each game: Check Mega Millions payouts and previous drawings here.

The largest lottery prize claimed in Massachusetts so far this year was worth $25 million. It was from a “$25,000,000 Mega Money” ticket sold at a Cumberland Farms gas station in Turners Falls, the largest of the five villages that make up the town of Montague in Franklin County.

The California Lottery shared the address of a $12 million lottery winner … calling the big mistake an accident. A lucky winner bought a SuperLotto Plus ticket at a King Wine & Liquor at 2346 Fruitridge Road in Sacramento in November and won $12 million.

The winner, who elected to remain anonymous, bought their ticket at Walmart Supercenter #3284, located at 4800 Highway 287, in Arlington. The winning numbers from the March 14 drawing were: (9-30-42-50-52; Powerball number 21). The ticket did not match the red Powerball number.

Previous years’ choices were available only in late January. Parents say earlier access might have led them to make different choices.

Those who want to play can enter the MegaBucks and Lucky for Life games as well as the national Powerball and Mega Millions games. Vermont also partners with New Hampshire and Maine for the Tri-State Lottery, which includes the Mega Bucks, Gimme 5 as well as the Pick 3 and Pick 4.
