A storm hit Southern California and threatens to bring heavy rain and possible mudslides to areas burned by wildfires. The brunt of the storm it is yet to come. The region is expected to receive rain for several days - through the weekend and possibly into next week.
At 8:34 a.m. on Saturday, the NWS San Diego CA released a flood advisory in effect until 10:32 a.m. for Orange and Riverside counties.
However, after the worst of the storm passed, evacuation orders and warnings issued by the city and county of Los Angeles were all canceled Saturday evening. And an evacuation warning for the Airport fire burn scar was lifted in Orange County at 10 p.
