Drones attacked Moscow for the second time in a week with at least one hitting a central area not far from government buildings, as Russian news services reported US special envoy Steve Witkoff’s plane had left the country following talks.

Russia said it was hit by a “massive” drone attack overnight Tuesday, hours ahead of critical talks between officials from Washington and Kyiv.

The Ukrainian military said on Wednesday that Russia launched three missiles and 133 drones in an overnight attack.
