Astros outfielder Taylor Trammell was being evaluated for a concussion and was dealing with stiffness in his neck and back, according to manager Joe Espada, after crashing into the center field fence in the first inning Wednesday.

The Houston Astros were dealt a blow Wednesday when one of their outfielders hit the wall hard, and tried but failed to walk off the field on his own power.
