Kim Kardashian gave fans a rare glimpse of the cosmetic face treatments she got done in South Korean in a photo dump shared on Tuesday, August 19. The reality star went makeup-free while showing her getting several procedures.

Kim has long been a fan of squeamish beauty treatments; she was one of the first to sign up for Dr. Barbara Sturm’s “vampire facial” back in 2013, a procedure during which patients have their blood drawn, plasma isolated from red and white blood cells, and subsequently microneedled back into their face.
