Complex unveiled the Takashi Murakami x MLB Tokyo Series collection on Thursday, and it's set to launch on Friday, March 7. The exclusive partnership highlights the collaboration between the renowned Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami and Major League Baseball (MLB),

Takashi Murakami’s artwork has graced luxury goods from top fashion houses and album covers of superstar musicians. Now the famed contemporary Japanese artist has teamed with Major League Baseball for an exclusive merchandise collaboration to celebrate next month’s Tokyo Series.

The new collection includes t-shirts and sweatshirts adorned with Murakami’s signature style, along with hats, baseballs and gloves.

Complex unveiled the collaboration on Thursday, which includes Murakami's signature style on T-shirts, hoodies and Cubs and Dodgers' jerseys, among other merchandise.

Often referred to as the Andy Warhol of Japan, Murakami created the cover art for several hip hop and rap albums, most notably Kanye West's hit 2007 album "Graduation."
