The 2025 MTV VMAs, hosted by LL Cool J, air live from New York's UBS Arena on Sunday, Sept. 7 MTV has announced the first slate of 2025 VMAs performers and special honorees Sabrina Carpenter, Ricky Martin and Sombr are among those set to take the stage The 2025 MTV VMAs,

Sombr, Alex Warren and J Balvin featuring DJ Snake will also take the stage at New York's UBS Arena for the annual music event, airing live for the first time on CBS as well as longtime home MTV.

First performers are set for the 2025 VMAs. Sabrina Carpenter, sombr, Alex Warren, Busta Rhymes, Ricky Martin & more will perform on the Sept. 7 show.
