Michael John Kafka (born July 25, 1987) is an American professional football coach and former quarterback who is the assistant head coach and offensive coordinator for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL).

Mike Kafka is in his third season as the Giants' offensive coordinator and his first with the additional title of assistant head coach. This is his eighth season coaching in the NFL.
