WHOA! Watch as this thief forcibly removes an ATM inside the Marin Airporter office in San Rafael by attaching a rope to it and then pulling it out with a car. Police believe he is the same suspect who was seen on Sunday during a suspicious incident in which two men were seen inside a similar newer model white SUV, described as a Lexus, entering a parking lot at 1221 Andersen Drive.
