Old-school rice pudding, just like my granny would make but in the slow-cooker for a creamy perfection — proper comfort food to warm the toes. Here’s my recipe! Old School Rice Pudding Ingredients 230g Short grain pudding rice Milk mixture 1 large can of evaporated unsweetened milk 500ml of full fat milk, 250ml single cream 125g sugar 50g Butter Few drops of vanilla Pinch of Nutmeg Makes 4-6 portions I served mine with jam from a local company @wexford_preserves #RicePudding #OldSchoolRecipes #N

My grandma loved rice pudding, and this recipe brings back all those memories. I actually have two versions I swear by, this one is my grandma’s classic, and the other is a close second from someone whose rice pudding tastes just as good. Try them both and see which one is for the win. (Grandma Rice Pudding Recipe) Ingredients * 1½ cups long-grain rice * 3 cups water * 5 cups whole milk * 2 cups sugar * 1 can sweetened condensed milk * 2 eggs * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tsp butter extract * Cinn
