This week, I traveled to Iowa with my adventure buddies to ride the High Trestle Trail 🚴‍♀️✨ It is part of Central Iowa's extensive trail network. Our first night, we started in Madrid to catch the sunset from the bridge (highly recommend ⭐️). On Day 2, we rode from Madrid to Ankeny. What I love most about this trail: it’s fully paved and it has tons of signage pointing into towns along the trail so you you know when to hop off to explore restaurants, pubs, and all the local charm along the way
