Brian Ryder, from Kidderminster, was so angry when he saw patients on trolleys in corridors at Worcester’s A&E, he filmed the scene on his phone. Security guards and the police demanded he delete it – but we've recovered it – blurring it to protect the privacy of staff and patients.
