Two Indiana tornadoes confirmed from yesterday. EF-2 just west of Bloomington EF-0 in near Paxton in Sullivan County Below is a loop of the velocity scan (showing winds moving toward and away from the radar site) that helps meteorologists detect rotation. You can see an area of red develop in eastern Greene County and then move more toward Bloomington, impacting the west side of town especially hard. The rotation then lifted somewhat as the storm moved through downtown and the IU campus. | Todd
