Bun Thit Nuong is Saigon’s Bun Cha, and every bit as good as if you know where to find the good stuff. My favorite place is in a local market amongst dozens of vendors selling everything from food for local workers to vegetables to the nearby restaurants. This little spot serves up consistently great BTN in a simple food stall with a small seating capacity.
