Humbug, our little black babydoll ewe, crowned in hedgerow jewels - the rarest of the babydoll lambs this year. Star’s daughter and I had an instant bond, she’s so precious, I feel joy when see her each time I enter the field. Today, an unusually warm winds blow across the land, bringing the promise of a storm. The rest of the flock are in the shelter shade panting under their thick Southdown fleece.
