Today, with the help of Lake Cumberland Wildlife Refuge Home of Liberty Nature Center, a few of our state park crew were able to save an injured bald eagle! It's never a boring day when your at Kentucky's finest! • Curtis, our park naturalist, spotted a injured bird along side the park road and tracked it to its rescue location. Seth, Cadylee, Mandi, and Ranger Casey were able to establish a perimeter in order for the volunteer to safely secure the bird. • The eagle will now be evaluated by a ve
