Partial reps have there time and place but if you were to use them on squats it would be at the very bottom ( the whole) going half way up and NOT the other way around 99% of the time full range of motion are much better for muscle growth anyways When you look at how the quads get worked in the squats it is when the knees travel forward You won’t barley work them if you are coming 1/4 way down So stop 🛑 #legday#legdaytips#fitness | Kevin Wu
