Recipe: 2 gallons of washed and rinsed Chokecherries 2 gallons of cold water 7 cups of sugar (for 8 cups of chokecherry juice) Juice of one lemon 3-4 pouches of liquid pectin Procedure: 1️⃣ In a medium sized pot add the chokecherries and water and bring to a boil for at least 30 minutes. 2️⃣ Let cool and place the chokecherries and water in a food mill and extract the most liquid from the chokecherries as possible.
