New hidden boss fight in Diablo IV’s Season of Divine Intervention! You must find all 4 Purified Essence from each Lesser Evil - Duriel, Andariel, Belial, and Azmodan. These can drop from each boss’s event: Helltides for Duriel, Undercity for Andariel, Pit for Belial, and summoning Azmodan. It’s random drops so you may have to grind a bit or you may get lucky and get the drops fast! Once you have all 4 Purified Essence, find the altars around Sanctuary to deposit the item for each specific boss.
