How To Make Veal Oscar

Oscar joined our Farmily when he was just a day old. I brought him home in the back of our minivan. He was being sold off as a veal calf because his Momma was more valuable as a milking cow than she was to be a Ma to a Holstein boy. It costs more money to feed this calf than can be earned in milk quotas. We paid less for Oscar than a dinner out. Oscar was a choice I made to help heal my childhood trauma and give me the opportunity to raise him forever as a companion. Oscar will be 8 in February
