UPDATE: Milton now has winds of 90 mph. The storm is clearly going through rapid intensification and will likely be a Cat 4 hurricane within 24 hours. It is possible the storm could strengthen to Cat 5 before slowly weakening a bit before making landfall on Wednesday. The official NHC forecast still has Milton a "Major" Cat 3 hurricane upon landfall. No track change at 11 as models are still divided on where the storm is going to end up.
